Chef Natalie and her team were fantastic! Her communication throughout the process was excellent and included a phone call and multiple emails to ensure that the dietary needs and preferences of my guests were addressed. Not only did her team provide provide me with great customer service, they also gave my guest and me more than a meal. It was a dining experience!

Chef Delmar was assigned to my event. He arrived on time despite the busy rush hour traffic, and the food was delicious! Plus, he served as a moderator for a game that my guest and I played; and he shared wisdom, insight, and stories with us about food, history, and various topics. Overall, he brought an added special element to the surprise birthday dinner. All of this occurred while he prepared an amazing meal with a beautiful table setting that he provided.

In sum, Chef Natalie and Chef Delmar exceeded our expectations. We are already looking forward to working with them again soon, and I would highly recommend hiring Chef Natalie and her team for your next catered event.

Chef Ramos catered my birthday dinner at my home from beginning to end; her relaxed nature, excellent execution, and delicious food made for a memorable and beautiful event. Plus, all the setting up and cleaning up was much appreciated! Chef Ramos's goal was to ensure I enjoyed my guests and not worry about anything! Mission accomplished! In addition, I am incredibly grateful for her willingness to make an addition to the menu (crab dip) without hesitation or complaint. The server was even gracious enough to take pictures of us, lol! Fleur de Cuisine and Chef Natalie provided us with plenty of choices for our 5-course celebration dinner for 10 friends. The food was tasty and table setting lovely. She adjusted selections to meet dietary restrictions. We expected Chef Natalie to be onsite but learned on the day of that Chef Richard would be our chef. He was prepared and capable… an unexpected twist.

Chef Ramos did an excellent job of making us feel special at home giving us a fine dining experience. It was a great evening and our party had more than enough food.

The food was amazing the timing and execution of each dish was perfect. I would compare it to some of the better tasting menus that I have had in Dc in our own home. Chef Tiana is punctual and doesn’t bother you and can find her way in the kitchen easily. The food is great!!! Tasty! Had the butternut squash ravioli and lamb chops and chocolate cake. It’s all delicious. I had 14 people but my guests said it was not enough food and wanted more but the food quantity is very limited and small amounts are made and it’s not enough for a large party. You need more food so I felt terrible that my guests were hungry still and I paid so much money. For less money I could have fed my guests with more food. I had to add my own appetizers to the table to fill people up and order pizza afterwards. The server did not know how to make or serve drinks at all. That was frustrating but Miguel is sooo nice. The crowd wanted interaction with the chef and server. So I think this concept works for a smaller intimate group and also the vegetarian food was okay. The guest said it’s like plant based soy meat and she wanted real veggies and not like a plant based soy lamb chop. So overall concept and experience is good but could use some improvement and interaction with the crowd and guests and also need a better server who makes drinks etc. They do clean up well and are quiet about it. Chef and server are really nice people. Just a few refinements and they would be awesome!!!!

Chef Natalie catered our Thanksgiving meal and did not disappoint! The menu she proposed was flavorful and everyone was very happy with the presentation and quality of the food. As the host, I was ecstatic to enjoy our family without the stress of cooking, cleaning, and entertaining. We will definitely request and recommend Chef Natalie in the future!

The food was delicious. Natalie was very well organized and instructed us clearly. We had a wonderful time.

1. I just have two minor critiques. The cacio e Pepe didn't work well. It was overcooked and congealed by the time we ate it. It needed to be eaten right away. A different type of pasta like ravioli would probably have worked better given the family-style serving.

2. I gave Natalie a head count of 10 people cooking but 11 people eating. My husband was tending bar and needed a meal. His meal wasn't included in the amount of food that was provided, particularly the main course (steak with sides of potato tarts and asparagus).

Chef Natalie and Chef Delmar were wonderful. I hired them for a multiple course dinner to surprise my wife for our anniversary and they did not disappoint. They were right on time, very nice, the food was delicious and the service was excellent! We felt like we were dining out at a high end restaurant. Highly recommend.

This experience was a few years ago. Still during the pandemic. I never reviewed it guess but they were amazing. Food tasty. Freshly cooked on site but prepped before arrival. Complimentary wine and flowers. Enjoyed everything!

My wife and I successfully hosted a beautiful six person, six course winter dinner thanks to Chef Tiana and her assistant Jade. Chef Tiana is punctual, professional, and enhanced the occasion with a surprise flower arrangement and bottle of wine to pair with one of the courses. She checks in often to ensure continued satisfaction during the evening and will leave your kitchen spotless.

And the food was delicious. As far as table at home I got three excellent proposals for chefs and was very happy with how it all worked out using their service. The chefs provided a memorable experience for our party of 11 in MD. We had a cooking lesson and we all enjoyed ourselves! They were patient, kind, and cleaned up after themselves which was a plus! The food was delicious and it was so nice having them explain the process as well as the ingredients in each course we were preparing. (The only thing they did not do was provide recommendations on what to drink for our full bellies! We were so full-haha) We were completely satisfied and would recommend. Chef Tiana & her crew made my sister's birthday. She still can't stop talking about it. From the set up to the end..it was an A+

This was our second time using Chef Tiana and she was wonderful as were her servers. They put together a beautiful and delicious meal with stunning presentation of each dish. They made gluten free and dairy free accommodations to the fishes. We were so full by the time the entree came, but it was such a wonderful experience. They helped serve and cleaned everything up when they left. The only reason I’m taking off half a star is that I felt like I had some challenges with communication prior to the event. Maybe I just like a lot of confirmation, communication and assurances, but that’s the place where I personally felt like there could be some improvement. I would have loved a detailed confirmation email or text setting out what will be brought, dietary accommodations, and anything beyond glasses and silverware that I should prepare. I was told that a centerpiece would be brought and it wasn’t. It would have been great to know exactly what things the servers may have needed so that I could prepare them ahead of time without needing to be pulled away at various points (such as cocktail napkins for the appetizers, extra utensils, toothpicks, etc.). Little things and probably things we all have at home but a list would be helpful so that you can make sure you have everything and set it all out for ease of use. In all, it was a wonderful experience and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to have a wonderful meal in a special setting of your choosing.

Chef Natalie was terrific! She was on time snd her presentations were lovely. Loved the wine she recommended AND the lobster!

I struggled with assigning a single star value because there were two elements of this that I wish I could rate: the food itself was delicious but the experience was not great. 
Re: the food itself, it was delicious and my guests enjoyed it (as did I)! We had 5 courses that each complemented each other well; the steak in particular was cooked just the way I like it! Very yummy! 

Re: the experience, the website itself says this is different to catering because it's an experience of having a chef in your home using your kitchen but that wasn't the case - the chef pre-made everything and spent approximately 15-20 minutes in my home. She actually left before the party even started without saying anything --- my husband chased her down the driveway so we could at least stop her to thank her! She left an assistant to simply heat up the food and serve it to us. On the one hand, I understand efficiency is important. On the other hand, this was just catering, not really a chef 'experience'. 

The assistant was lovely but she totally embarrassed me by asking, across the room, for me to come pay at the conclusion of the meal. It was really awkward for my guests to stop their conversation so I could stop and talk to her about how we already paid through the website. I actually don't blame the assistant - I think she probably was just doing what she thought was right - the chef shouldn't have left her for the entire night on her own. As a minimum, she could have asked me quietly on the side though, instead of interrupting the whole table.

Lastly, the chef was difficult to work with in the pre-planning. She flat refused, even in the face of my direct request, to finalize the menu until 5 days prior to the event. This made planning the wine and such difficult - and also just made me apprehensive generally (but I'm Type A like that so if you're more of a Type B and don't mind waiting til the last minute then no worries on this front!).

We had an exceptionally great cuisine experience. Our five course dinner was well prepared and tasted sumptuous. From the grilled crab cake and shrimp to the grilled sirloin with lobster tails left our mouth’s very satisfied. I must mention the warm apple tartlet for dessert and the well decorated serving plates greatly complimented our dinner. Five stars to chef Natalie Tiana for making our Valentine’s Day dinner one to remember. We will be eating another dinner from her soon.

Chef Ramos was outstanding! This was my first experience with a private chef and I am beyond happy. I hired Chef Ramos for a surprise birthday meal for my boyfriend’s birthday celebration. Her attention to detail on every dish and the flavors surpassed all my expectations. My boyfriend was also so amazed with all six courses and said it was in the top two meals he’s ever had. She brought everything needed for the meal and left everything nice and clean when she left. Plus, I felt very safe having her at my home, she wore a mask the entire time. I would definitely hire her again. Highly recommend!

I was celebrating my 40th birthday with my wife.

Due to unforseen circumstances, Chef Tiana was unable to prepare the meal for me and my wife. Being the consummate professional, she was able to send her sous chef (Chef Kelly) as a last minute replacement.

Chef Kelly got there almost exactly on time, and immediately got to work. She even came with some flowers and a bottle of wine for the occasion.

The food was great, and the presentation was beautiful. My wife took many photos of the dishes before we devoured them.

Overall, it was a great experience. We look forward to doing it again in the future.

Chef Tiana provided a phenomenal experience for my wife's 40th birthday dinner (a 6 course dinner for two). Her varied menu options and culinary repertoire made her an easy choice for the special occasion.

Chef Tiana provided helpful insight with questions I had selecting menu options and with deciding on a special cocktail for the evening. She arrived promptly and started the first course right on time. Chef Tiana is personable, easy going, and extremely knowledgeable about cuisine and cocktails (she made a delicious cocktail on the spot after I remembered an ingredient in my margarita selection did not mix well with my immunosuppressant medication).

The food was simply perfect, delicious, and presented beautifully. We had a delicious mix of Southern, Italian, and seafood courses that we will definitely seek her out for future events.

A truly amazing experience! Chef Tiana was as advertised and more. Her menu had different options and the ones we selected we delicious. Her lobster risotto was our favorite. Every detail from the setup, cooking, plating, and even cleanup was perfect. She is highly recommended!

Chef Tiana did a wonderful job! I was very nervous about trying this whole experience out but the chef put me at ease. She showed up exactly on the time promised and delivered everything as asked for. She even brought a beautiful bouquet of flowers and the table decor. I also really enjoyed the creativity placed in each course. A chef experience should give you a broad range of courses to explore and Chef Tiana did exactly that!

Chef Tiana was wonderful!! An hour before she was to arrive, power went out in our entire neighborhood and was not expected to be restored for 3 hours. I called her in a panic and she reassured me that should could pull this off. She arrived with gas burners to cook on and never missed a beat. Luckily power came back earlier and she didn't have to use the gas burners. The food she prepared was delicious and the service was top notch. I would definitely book her again!!

Tiana was great to work with, provided excellent suggestions, and delivered a great experience for my wife’s birthday. Our guest list continued to change and ended up with 18 people and had 8 kids that we hadn’t originally expect. Tiana kept everything going, served appetizers, the entire dinner hot and knocked it outbid the park. The Caribbean Chicken was awesome, the filet was amazing and the lobster Mac and cheese was beyond words. You won’t go wrong with Tiana!!! She was amazing.
